DESCRIPTION
A combination of vitamins, minerals and herbs which are beneficial in times of ongoing stress. In a three-month clinical trial, Executive B Stress Formula was evaluated for the management of work-related personal strain and was shown to decrease anger and hostile moods associated with stress.

How it works:
The human body has increased requirements for vitamins (especially the B group) and minerals during periods of increased stress. During stress, nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, zinc and magnesium are important for supporting adrenal function. Vitamin B5 has long been considered the “anti-stress” vitamin because of its central role in adrenal function and cellular metabolism.

Some of the B group vitamins, such as folic acid, Inositol and vitamin B6, are involved in the manufacture and action of mood enhancing hormones such as serotonin.

Magnesium phosphate and calcium phosphate have been used for nervous tension and anxiety. Potassium phosphate is indicated for low nervous energy, lethargy, lack of drive and motivation.

The herb passionflower and oats traditionally have a mild sedative action. Passionflower is indicated for nervous tension.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 10 mg
Nicotinamide 100 mg
Vitamin B (Pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate 75mg) 68.7 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 30 µg
Vitamin H (Biotin) 20 µg
Calcium ascorbate 145 mg
Ascorbic acid (Total Vitamin C 250mg) 130 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 41.3 mg) 50 IU
Magnesium phosphate 140 mg
Calcium phosphate 100 mg
Potassium phosphate monobasic 117.3 mg
Folic acid 150 µg
Avena sativa (Oats) extract equiv. to dry seed 250 mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) extract equiv. to dry herb 100 mg
Lecithin 50 mg
Choline bitartrate 25 mg
Inositol 25 mg


Dosage:
Adults - Take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with lunch, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years - Only as professionally prescribed. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.


Contraindications and Cautions:
Contains gluten


Medicine Interactions:
Consult your healthcare professional before use if taking, or think you may be taking, a diuretic (fluid tablet) Magnesium and calcium may decrease absorption and efficacy of some medications. If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormones, separate doses by at least 2 hours.
