The alkalising effect of celery is also significant since arthritis and rheumatism are typically regarded as acidic conditions.In addition, celery, being classified as a slightly bitter herb, acts as a mild digestive stimulant. The main indications for the use of juniper are arthritis, gout, and the large group of neuralgic-muscular rheumatic diseases. As with celery, juniper exerts a strong anti-inflammatory action and assists in the elimination of uric wastes, specifically from around the joints.It is an excellent diuretic herb, making it useful for all symptoms of fluid retention.

Each tablet contains:
* Apium graveolens (Celery)_extract equiv. to dry seed 3g
* Juniperus communis (Juniper)_extract equiv. dry fruit flesh 200mg

Also contains:
maltodextrin, calcium hydrogen phosphate,
microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium,
silica colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate,
povidone, and film coating


Directions for Use:
Adults: Take one to two tablets daily.


Cautions & Interactions:
Do not take if suffering from kidney inflammation, as juniper can exacerbate the condition.Celery seed might decrease the effects of thyroxine replacement therapy and can also reduce blood thyroxine (T-4) levels, hence test results. The mechanism for these interactions is unknown.
* If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
* Not to be used in children under two years of age.
* If pain or irritation, relating to cystitis, persists for more than 48 hours, consult your doctor. The presence of blood in the urine warrants immediate medical attention.


Pregnant or Breastfeeding:
Although the risk does not appear to be great, celery and juniper used in large doses can cause uterine contractions and therefore abortion. Avoid high doses in pregnancy.
