Directions:
Omega 3 Supplementation: 1 capsule 3 times daily
Arthritis: Up to 4 capsules 3 times daily
Triglyceride levels: Up to 5 capsules 3 times daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding: do not exceed 3000mg of omega-3 fatty acids (10 capsules per day)
