Celtic Sea Salt is harvested from protected sites guaranteeing the greatest purity. Composed of white crystals, it is obtained by the natural action of the sun, wind and marine currents.

Celtic Sea Salt, a 100% natural product, has many varied uses that take advantage of its multiple properties.
Food: Ideal for enhancing the flavour of all foods (vegetables, meat, fish, salads, etc.), providing a delicate marine note that delights the palate. It can be sprinkled directly onto the food, incorporated during cooking or added to the cooking water of vegetables, potatoes, pasta and rice.
Body: Celtic Sea Salt also provides its trace elements such as iodine, essential for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. It is rich in substances from the Atlantic and provides the body with all the benefits of the Ocean.
