A calming nerve tonic, St John's Wort is a medicinal herb with sedative properties and provides temporary relief of menopausal anxiety and nervous fatigue.
It may provide relief of nerve pain, mild neuralgia and sciatica and temporary relief of the pain of rheumatism.
Blooms St John's Wort helps maintain normal healthy nerves and nerve function and may reduce the frequency and severity of cold sore outbreaks.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Hypericum perforatum (St John's Wort)Standardised extract equiv. to dry flowering herb 1.8g (1800mg), Standardised to Hypericin 990mcg.
DOSAGE: Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Children (6-12) years, as professionally prescribed.
