Blooms Vitamin C 1000 & Rosehip 500 is a convenient, high strength Vitamin C supplement providing a powerhouse of health benefits and support. Vitamin C and Rosehips are both known for their antioxidant activity and help scavenge free radicals.
Vitamin C is required for at least 300 metabolic functions in the body, including tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function, and healthy gums. It is essential in the formation of collagen and is an important component for the support of connective tissues throughout the body. Vitamin C also increases the absorption of iron and even supports eye health.
Not only is Rosehip a valuable natural source of Vitamin C and high in antioxidants, it also contains flavonoids and a wide range of carotenoids including beta-carotene, lycopene and lutein. Rosehip also contains vitamins A,B3, D and E, as well flavonoids. fructose, malic acid, tannins and zinc.
Vitamin C is an important nutrient for providing immune system support. With the combined force of Vitamin C and Rosehip the severity and duration of colds can be reduced and may assist in the relief of cold symptoms.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)1000 mg
Rosa canina (Rosehip) extract
equivalent to dry fruit  500 mg

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal
At the onset of cold symptoms the dose may be increased to 3 tabs a day (spread apart in dosage)

Warning

If large amounts of vitamin C is taken at any one time, loose bowel motions can result.
