How often should my child consume Natural High Smoovie?

For best results, you can give your children 2 serves a day (mid morning and afternoon).

What type of milk should I use to make Natural High Smoovie?

You can use any form of milk – cows, soy, rice or any other type of milk. For best results and creaminess do not use skim milk.

How much powder do I use for a single serve?

One heaped tablespoon (10g) to a 200 ml cup of milk will give you a perfect snack between meals. For use as a meal replacement, you can add 2 heaped tablespoons (20g) to 400 ml milk.

How do I prepare Natural High Smoovie as a shake?

Simply pour 200 mls of milk into a shaker bottle and add one heaped tablespoon (10g) Natural High powder to the milk. Fasten the lid and shake for 20-30 seconds. You can even get your little ones to do the shaking! Then pour into glass and drink up. PS. Don’t leave to sit as the product will thicken if left for too long.

How do I prepare Natural High Smoovie as a smoothie?

You will need to use more milk if blending with fruit. Add 300 -400 mls milk to blender, add fruit and blend well. The remove lid and add 1 heaped tablespoon (10g) Natural High powder to the mix. Blend for a further 20 seconds. Then remove lid, pour into glass and drink up! PS. Remember to drink it straight away to avoid thickening.

How should I store the sachets?

To maintain freshness, make sure you seal your sachet properly after use and store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration will keep it fresher for longer for longer.

Does Natural High Smoovie contain dairy?

Yes. One of the many protein sources used is whey protein. Whey protein is a high quality protein powder from cow's milk. Milk has two proteins: Casein (approximately 80%) and Whey Protein (approximately 20%). Whey protein is more soluble than casein and also has a higher quality rating. Casein is often the issue in dairy intolerances.

If my child is lactose intolerant can they consume Natural High Kids?

Individuals with lactose intolerance should select a pure whey protein isolate, which has less than 0.1 gram of lactose per tablespoon (20 grams). This is less lactose than the amount found in a cup of yogurt and research has shown that most people with lactose intolerance have no trouble taking this very small amount of lactose. This product contains a very small amount of lactose in the whey protein concentrate (approximately 3% lactose per 250g)

Does Natural High Smoovie contain gluten?

No. There is absolutely no gluten in this product.

Will my kids taste the super greens?

No. This product has been masterfully made to conceal the taste of the super green mix through use of natural chocolate and carob. Your kids won’t even know the super greens are there.
