Efalex is a unique DHA-rich combination of fish oil and evening primrose oil providing the important nutrients DHA, AA and GLA, which play a vital role in eye and brain function - both in the early years of our development and throughout our adult lives.

Efalex is beneficial for the maintenance of normal eye and brain function. It is a rich source of fatty acids which maintain a healthy immune system and promote general wellbeing.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE:
Natural Fish Oil (High DHA) 366mg
Providing:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 80mg
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 19mg
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 142mg
Providing:
Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 16mg
dl-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate 7.5mg
(vitamin E acetate)
Thyme Oil 1.3mg

NON-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Glycerol and gelatin

DOSAGE:
Adults and children 5+ years:
Take 4 capsules daily with food or as directed by your physician.
Children (3-4 years):
Pierce 2-3 capsules, add the liquid only to child's food or drink or as directed by your physician. Discard the capsule shell.

If taking Efalex for the first time start at the above dose and after 12 weeks reduce this dose by half.

LOW ALLERGY FORMULA:
This product contains no sugars, salicylic acid, yeast, lactose, whey powder, wheat and corn starch, gluten, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours.
