High potency Efamol Pure Evening Primrose Oil may assist in the relief of premenstrual symptoms,

Capsules can be cut open and contents mixed with food.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE:
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1.2g (1020mg)
(equiv. Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 115mg
d-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate 14.9mg
(Vitamin E acetate)

NON-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Glycerol and gelatin

LOW ALLERGY FORMULA:
No added sugars, salicylic acid, yeast, lactose, whey powder, wheat and corn starch, gluten, preservatives, artificial flavours and colours.

DOSAGE:
Adult: Take 2-4 capsules daily with food.
Reduce to one capsule daily if symptoms subside
Children (6-12 years): Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Reduce as symptoms subside.
