How to shop at Inspired Wellbeing

How do I search for a product?

At the top of the page on the left hand corner you will see a box where you can search a category, click on the drop down menu and select a category e.g. pasta, rice, grains, then type in the desired word e.g. pasta into the box labeled search, and a list of products matching your search will come up.


Am I able to see what I have ordered, as I shop?

Inspired Wellbeing has a feature where you are able to see what is in you shopping cart as you shop. On the left hand side of the page, your shopping cart will be displayed at all times.


How do I begin shopping?

To begin shopping you need to register first by filling out the new customer form. To register click onto sign up, located under the username and password boxes, fill out the new customer form and you can begin shopping.


What types of products does Inspired Wellbeing sell?

We are basically a health food store online with over 2000 products and 150 brands. Each category has a drop down menu, where you can click to see what products are available.


What do I need to do if I forget my password?

Under the sign in option click on forgot your password enter your Username and email address and your password will be emailed to you straight away.

As I shop can I remove products I have bought if I have changed my mind?

Products can be deleted or amended in the shopping cart.


How can I see which products are on sale, without going through the whole store?

Click on the specials tab on the main menu to see what products are on sale.

How do I register with Inspired Wellbeing?

On the home page click on the sign up icon, fill in the form titled new customer, click on submit and you have become a member.


Can I register after I have finished shopping?

Yes you can. Once you have finished shopping click onto show cart, follow the prompts to fill out the new customer form before you come to the checkout.


Delivery information

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery within Australia: We have a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under 3 kg to anywhere in Australia. For orders 3 kg and above the rate is $7.95 plus $1.00 for each additional kg for part there of. The final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details.

There may also be a free shipping option from time to time. This is limited to Australia only and may also have a weight restriction.


How long will my order take to arrive ?

Please allow up to 3 -5 working days for delivery once your item(s) has been shipped from
our warehouse. In many cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days). Weekend and after-hours delivery is not available.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days after payment.

inspiredwellbeing.com.au uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us and we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office as your parcel may have arrived.

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Inspired Wellbeing delivers anywhere in Australia, rural and urban regions.


Do you deliver outside of Australia

International deliveries can be arranged. Inspired Wellbeing reserves the right to restrict parcels to certain destination countries at its sole discretion.Yes but we will need to quote you separately. If you are interested in rodering from outside Australia, email info@inspiredwellbeing.com.au with the products that you want and we will quote you.


How are the products delivered and who will deliver them?

Inspired Wellbeing track orders using Australia Post eParcel delivery system so your parcel will be tractable during its journey to you


What should I do if the products I receive are damaged?

Any stock delivered to you in faulty or damaged and useable condition will be replaced at no charge or refunded by Inspired Wellbeing. The choice the replace /refund is at Inspired Wellbeing’s discretion. Sometimes during transit boxes might get slightly damaged. Provided that the product is usable, Inspired Wellbeing is not under obligation to replace or refund goods. Email notification is needed for all faulty/damaged claims. Where damages have occurred, Inspired Wellbeing may request photos of the damages.

If a product you receive does not match the description of the product that you ordered, Inspired Wellbeing will replace the received product with a product that does match the description of the product You ordered, or You may receive a full refund of the purchase price.


What should I do if products I ordered are missing?

Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of inspiredwellbeing.com.au, will be replaced at no additional charge.

If stock for an ordered item is unavailable, Inspired Wellbeing may cancel Your order (or part of Your order) and refund the purchase price to You. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation of any part of an order in accordance with this clause may be made at any time, including after you have paid us for the order. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of the cancellation of Your order (or part of Your order).


What happens if I am not home to sign for the parcel?

If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Parcels will only be left without a signature if it is requested in writing. Inspired Wellbeing takes no responsibility for parcels left without signatures. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us and we can follow this up for you or check with your local post office as your parcel may have arrived.


If I want a refund will I get my money back?

If You order a product and subsequently decided that You do not want that product, that product can be returned and the purchase price refunded less postage and handling, provided that: a) You inform Inspired Wellbeing (by email) within 7 days of dispatch; b) the product is returned to Inspired Wellbeing unopened; and c) You pay all costs, including postage, to return the product to us. We will only refund costs once the goods have arrived back at our warehouse at 205 Victoria Street, Beaconsfield NSW 2015. We recommend you insure/register parcels being returned to Inspired Wellbeing.

What are my payment options?

Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards.  There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Inspired Wellbeing. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will offer you a credit voucher or refund the difference back to your credit card.

Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques, Company Cheques and Personal Cheques:
Inspired Wellbeing accepts money orders, cashier's cheques, personal cheques and company cheques in $AUS. only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's cheque. For personal and company cheques, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Inspired Wellbeing cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned cheques. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.


How do I know all my personal information is protected?

Inspiredwellbeing.com.au will always protect your privacy and will not give out your sensitive information to any third parties. Your credit card payments are processed securely and directly via the Paypal payment gateway. We respect the privacy of our users. Please take a moment to review our Privacy Policy.
