Rice, Millet and Maize are grains that do not contain gluten. While every care is taken, no guarantee can be given that traces of gluten will not be present, as other grains containing gluten are also processed in our mill.
The grains have been stoned ground with no extraction and no additives, thus retaining the natural goodness of certified organic and bio-dynamic grains.
