Fusion Health Sleep 60 Tablets

Fusion Health Sleep provides nerve relaxant, sedative & hypnotic properties to relieve symptoms of insomnia & poor quality sleep including difficulty falling asleep, frequent waking, restlessness, palpitation, mental & emotional tension, apprehensiveness & light sleep. Calms the mind & spirit, & clears the senses to assist with falling asleep & improving sleep quality in poor or irregular sleepers.

Fusion Health Sleep is non-addictive & doesn't cause day-time drowsiness. It combines well with Fusion Health Stress & Anxiety, particularly when stress & nervous symptoms interfere with sleep.

Recommended Dosage
Take 1 - 2 tablets one hour before bed.
An extra dose may be taken early evening & during the night if required.

Each tablet contains extracts equiv. to dry:
Zizyphys spinosa seed 700mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb 500mg
Albizia julibrissin bark 400mg
Polygala sibirica root 400mg
Poria cocos mushroom 350mg
Anemarrhena asphodeloides root 300mg
Biota orientalis seed 300mg
Ligustrum lucidum fruit 250mg

Contains potassium sorbate
Contains no artificial colours, flavours, yeast, wheat, dairy or animal products.
