Fusion Health Vitex is prepared from the dried ripe berries of 100% premium grade Vitex agnus-castus, also called Chaste Tree.

Vitex promotes a healthy menstrual cycle & helps reduce the frequency & severity of premenstrual symptoms (PMS) including nervous tension, irritibility, mood swings, breast tenderness, acne, fluid retention, abdominal bloating & pelvic congestion with premenstrual pain. For heavy bleeding & period pain it can complement the action of Fusion Health Women's Balance.

Fusion Health Vitex also assists in the management of mild to moderate acne in males & females of any age by reducing factors that can block skin pores & lead to the development of blackheads & pimples.

Recommended Dosage
PMS - Take 1 - 2 tablets once daily.
Acne (male & female) - Take 2 tablets once daily.
Best taken an hour away from food.
For pre-pubescent teenagers & children take as professionally prescribed.
