- Cardamon pods are a versatile and complex flavour, suiting both sweet and savoury dishes.
Gourmet Organic Herbs are carefully chosen for their freshness, colour, and vitality. It is important to us to keep the raw herbal material in its most original state, not to chop, grind or powder our herbs wherever possible. This then maintains all of the flavours and volatile oils within the organic herbs, creating a more vital flavour ready to be released when you are preparing your meals.

Directions & Uses:
The pods are best utilized by bruising via squashing with the back of a knife, as this facilitates the delivery of flavour.
It is best used in milk based puddings and custards, and can also be added (along with Cinnamon quills, Cloves, Cumin Seed, and Black Peppercorns) to the boiling water of rice to serve with Indian-styled dishes.
