Cod Liver Oil is a natural source of Vitamins A and D and is rich in the essential Omega ‐ 3 fatty acids. Many of the health benefits of Cod Liver Oil are attributable to its content of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Alpha ‐ Linolenic Acid. Vitamin A plays a role in normal vision, reproductive function and the immune system. Vitamin D is required for efficient bone mineralization.
