You can also use camomile as a calmingherb for babies & children during times of stress & discomfort.Used as a gargle or as an inhalation, camomile soothes inflamed mucousmembranes in the mouth & respiratory tract.

Directions -Internal Use

Assists in the management of gastrointestinal complaints such as minorspasms, flatulence, belching, colic, epigastric distension (enlargementof the abdomen over the stomach), and the relief of gastritis andenteritis symptoms.
Infuse 2 teabags with one cup of boiling water, cover & steep for 10 minutes before removing teabags.
Adults - take 3 - 4 cups daily
Children 6 - 12 years - Take 1 - 2 cups daily
Children 3 - 6 years - Take 1 cup daily.

Gargle infusion (several times daily) to aid in the management ofmucous membrane inflammations such as mouth ulcers, gingivitis, sorethroat and gums.
Inhale the vapour of the freshly-prepared infusion (several timesdaily) to aid in the management of inflammation and irritations of therespiratory tract.
Externally & gargle: infuse three teabags with 100 mL of boiling water and use as required.
Inhalation: infuse five teabags with 500 mL of boiling water and inhale vapours for five to ten minutes.
