Directions

Infuse one or two teabags (or two 5 mL level metric teaspoons) with onecup of boiling water, steep and cover for fifteen minutes.

Adults only: take one cup three times daily.

Gargle several times daily for the relief of mouth ulcers.

Contains Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root and stolon dry: 2g per teabag
