The primary purpose of a sports drink is to hydrate your body, but when you've finished exercising, there are two other key metabolic processes that you need to support - glycogen replenishment and muscle tissue repair.

Replace Recovery has been developed with a scientifically proven four to one carbohydrate to protein ration that will help you recover faster.

Use It

After training sessions, events or heavy physical activity. Consume within 30 minutes of completing exercise (during exercise, use Replace Hydration).

Directions
Add 3 rounded scoops (50g) of Horleys Replace Recovery to 400ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator. Recommended daily intake up to 3 times per day.
