Directions
DOSE: 1 sachet per day
TASTE: Metallic taste

Take 1 sachet in the morning on an empty stomach diluted in half a cup of orange juice or water and drink immediately.
The Vitamin C in fruit juice will improve your body's absorption of iron. Other juices suitable are: apple, mango, pineapple, but not grape juice.
Please allow at least 30 min before having coffee or tea, or eating.
