MICROgenics Cod Liver Oil - 300 Caps

Microgenics Cod Liver Oil is for use as a Vitamin A and D supplement. These capsules provide a therapeutic dose of Vitamin A to assist general defence, protect the mucous linings of the respiratory tract and help relieve mucous congestion. Vitamin A also helps maitain healthy skin and may assist in the management of mild to moderate acne. Vitamin D aids the absorption of Calcium, which is required for strong bones and teeth. The recommended adult daily intake of Viatmin A from all sources is 2500IU. Just one capsule per day will ensure your full requirement of this vitamin is met.

Cod Liver Oil 275mg
Fortified to supply:
Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) 4000IU
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 10mcg) 400IU

Free from lactose, sugar, salt, gluten, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The plant ingredients in this product do not contain known GMO material.

SUGGESTED ADULT DOSAGE:
Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health care professional.

WARNINGS:
Do not take during pregnancy. Taking more than 8000IU of Vitamin A during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Not to be used by children under 2 years of age.
