Microgenics Natural Fish Oil is sourced from a variety of cold-water, deep-sea wild fish, including salmon. A good source of the important omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. Fish Oil can help the temporary relief of the symptoms of arthritis. It can also be used for relief of minor inflammatory skin complaints and to help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. Microgenics Fish Oil is Mercury-tested and undergoes molecular distillation to filter out environmental pollutants and toxins.

Suggested Adult Dosage
Take up to 3 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- equiv. Vitamin A (Retinol 25IU) 7.5mcg
Natural Vitamin E (present as an antioxidant)

Free from added sugar, salt, gluten, yeast, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The plant ingredients in this product do not contain known GMO material.

Warning
The recommended adult daily dose of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. Each of these capsules contains 25IU. Taking more than 8000IU during pregnancy may cause birth defects.
