Suggested Adult Dose:

Additional Information
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Products containing selenium are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Warning: contains vitamin B6 which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
