Directions:
General health - 1/2 tsp on rising and retiring
Vegetarians - 1/2 tsp on rising and mid-afternoon
Persistant tiredness - 1/2 tsp on rising and mid-afternoon
Muscle mass - 1/2 to 1 tsp immediately after exercise
