I find it greatly relieves my muscles when they are sore from exercise. It has also stopped my night leg cramps. I love this stuff.

This gel is easy to use, quickly absorded into the skin and is etremely effective on tight and aching muscles. Has a strong, but not an unpleasant
scent. I have used it on my back, which has been very effective on muscle spasms. My husband has used it on a tight and pulled ham string and also
found it gave significant relief and was very effective in relieving the tension and discomfort.
