Sun-dried Certified Organic Dulse Seaweed flakes are grown in the clear waters of the underpopulated Maritime provinces of Eastern Canada. 
Dulse contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, and E as well as iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, chromium, zinc and all the trace elements.

Iodine deficiency is a looming health threat across Australia. Iodine in sea plants exceed that found in inland plants by as much as 20,000%.  50% of pregnant/breastfeeding women have inadequate iodine intakes and many Australian children are iodine deficient which may result in learning disabilities, poor concentration levels, lower IQ, hearing problems and a greater chance of developing ADHD.
