Dosage:
One Ultivite tablet is equivalent to two capsules so we recommend that you take 2 capsules daily.

Capsules are smaller in size so they do not fit as much of each ingredient in each capsule in comparison to each tablet. Capsules are easy to swallow so are an ideal option if you have difficulty swallowing tablets. Some tablets are known to take longer to break down (disintegrate) in the body than capsules, however, with Swisse's advanced manufacturing technologies, both the Swisse Ultivite tablets and capsules are highly absorbable, and take approximately the same time, around 25 minutes, to break down in the digestive tract.

Capsules cost approximately 10% more due to the additional manufacturing costs and materials involved.

Adults Only. One tablet (or two capsules) daily during or immediately after a meal or as directed by a health care professional.The capsules are half the ingredient dosage of the tablets and therefore are a 2-a-day formulation


Caution:
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Low allergy formula with less than 1% Sucrose and 0.1% Glucose.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
